We offer several website maintenance packages with features to best suit your needs. Based on discussions, we can select the plan that works best for your personal or business website goals. All maintenance packages also include managed website hosting.

Monthly Website Packages
Monthly website packages are invoiced either monthly or pre-paid annually. They also include a reduced hourly rate for additional work. All tasks in the Basics package are included in the larger monthly plans. Plans can also be customized according to your unique needs.

Daily Backups
All data is backed up daily onsite and offsite, so that it can be restored should any issues arise.
Performance
We use only enterprise class server hardware. Our entire VPS hosting environment uses the latest generation processors and fully solid-state-drive driven storage in raid 10 arrays.
Powerful CPanel
We use the best control panel software on the market: cPanel. This powerful package puts control of your entire site at your finger tips.
Email Services
We offer domain-based email hosting at $5/month per account. You can send and receive using webmail or your own email program using IMAP. Features such as forwarding and spam filtering come standard.
Work done beyond maintenance packages is charged at a pay-as-you-go rate. Therefore, if you don't expect to make changes every month, you may decide to go with the basic maintenance package, and use pay-as-you-go services when needed.
Charges will not be rounded up to the nearest hour, they will simply be pro-rated based on exactly how much time is taken to complete the requested work.
If you require urgent work to be completed within 24 hrs, this may be charged at an express rate of $95/hr.
*Basic Maintenance plan is still required for websites.

Why is the basic maintenance package required?

We can setup recurring payments with a credit card, or Paypal account (on monthly plans), or we can invoice you manually as you prefer.
Is there a discounted rate if I pay annually?
Yes, you get the equivalent of one free month if you choose to prepay annually.
